Join us for this exceptional professional development opportunity!
The Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to host a 6-part professional development series designed to help participants sharpen key skills for professional success! While the program is targeted at young/early-stage professionals in Northern Colorado, individuals in any season of their career are welcome to apply.
Each session includes networking opportunities, professional development content from an expert facilitator, and one beverage of the participant’s choosing.
Topics addressed across the program will include:
- Optimizing Productivity Skills
- Practical Project Management
- Professional Communication
- Emotional Intelligence at Work
Along with facilitating all the professional development sessions, Strategically Authentic’s CEO, Dr. Erika Michalski, will be hosting Office Hour Happy Hours for participants. It will be an opportunity for individuals to get additional support or insight related to session content while networking with their classmates. Additionally, program participants have the option of scheduling a 30-minute coaching session with Dr. Erika where they can receive tailored support on a professional development topic of their choosing.
A unique layer of this program is the follow up process. Each participant must identify someone in a supervisory capacity who will receive follow up information about the content from the session. This information will help that supervisor provide support for the participant implementing new skills gained from the session.
The program fee to participate in A Pint of Professional Development is $125.
