The Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer A Pint of Professional Development, our young professional development program, in partnership with Dr. Erika Michalski of Strategically Authentic. This program consists of 6 sessions focusing on valuable professional development topics:

Optimizing Productivity Skills
Practical Project Management
Professional Communication
Emotional Intelligence at Work

These sessions provide opportunities for networking, expert facilitation, and a beverage of choice for participants. The sessions are held at the Odell Brewery, and participants can also take advantage of Office Hour Happy Hours with Dr. Erika Michalski at Horse and Dragon Brewery.

A unique aspect of this program is the follow-up process, where each participant identifies a supervisor who will receive information about the session’s content. This ensures participants receive the necessary support from their supervisors while implementing new skills.

Furthermore, participants have the option to schedule a 30-minute coaching session with Dr. Michalski for personalized skill development.

The program fee is $125 which includes all four sessions, two happy hours, and one beverage at each gathering. Upon acceptance into the program, participants will be billed this program fee.
