(Fort Collins, CO—Jan. 31, 2017) – Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, a high-quality and sustainability-oriented seafood restaurant located at 123 N. College Ave. in downtown Fort Collins, invites the community to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a special dining experience. The restaurant will open at 4 p.m. on Feb. 14 so that patrons can enjoy Happy Hour until 6 p.m. Throughout the evening, a three-course prix fixe dinner will be served, featuring sustainable seafood and locally grown produce items.
“Seafood is an optimal choice for Valentine’s Day because oysters contain certain amino acids that make it a natural aphrodisiac,” said Jax General Manager Rick Compton. “Jax is serving a variety of dishes to create a romantic and memorable Valentine’s Day experience.”
