FORT COLLINS, COLO, Oct. 5, 2016 – The Human Bean, a community-focused drive-thru coffee business in northern Colorado, showed its support for the local arts scene by joining as an Underwriting Sponsor for OpenStage Theatre and Company’s production of “The Three Musketeers.” In addition, The Human Bean hosted a Guest Barista Day on Aug. 30, 2016 at its N. College Ave. location, which donated 10 percent of all sales from the day to OpenStage.

“The Human Bean is a longtime proponent of creativity and self-expression,” said Frank Sherman, owner of The Human Bean. “We are happy to give to one of the longest operating theatres in the area and support OpenStage’s mission of providing excellent live performances to the community.”

OpenStage has delivered sensational performances to Fort Collins theater-goers since 1973. They value excellence, discipline and artistic integrity and produce a mainstage season of six shows. More information on OpenStage may be found at openstage.com.
In addition to supporting OpenStage, The Human Bean donates to a vast array of worthy causes within the northern Colorado community. Recent Guest Barista Days have benefited the Terry Farrell Firefighter Fund, The Kayla Foundation, Lincoln Middle School, the Teacher’s Closet and more. On Oct. 21, The Human Bean will have its largest fundraiser of the year, Coffee for a Cure, which will return 100 percent of profits to local cancer projects.
