NORTHERN COLORADO — Human Bean Northern Colorado has donated more than $5,000 to four regional food banks following a one-day fundraiser benefiting local families facing food insecurity.
On June 19, one dollar from every drink purchased at each of Human Bean Northern Colorado’s 11 drive-thru locations was donated to support local hunger-relief efforts. Thanks to the generosity of customers, the campaign raised $5,077.95.
More than $5,000 was raised to help local food banks provide meals and support families throughout Northern Colorado.
Funds were distributed among:
- Food Bank for Larimer County
- Weld Food Bank
- Wellington Food Pantry
- Windsor Severance Food Pantry
Each organization plays an important role in providing nutritious food and essential resources to individuals and families across the region. The donations will help stock shelves, support food distribution programs and assist those experiencing food insecurity.
A check for $1,253.25 was presented to the Food Bank for Larimer County on July 7.
