The National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) has named Housing Catalyst CEO Julie Brewen as a 2024 NAHRO Fellow. NAHRO Fellows are honored for demonstrating, over a sustained period of time, their commitment to improving the housing conditions of their fellow citizens and the viability and sustainability of the communities in which they live and work. Julie is one of nine NAHRO Fellows to be inducted in 2024 and the first NAHRO Fellow to represent the Mountain Plains region.

“I am always amazed by and grateful for the generosity of spirit of the NAHRO Fellows,” said NAHRO CEO Mark Thiele. “On top of their many accomplishments and constantly demanding work as housers and community builders, they continue to give back to the affordable housing industry by sharing their experience and wisdom, and by serving as mentors to the leaders to come. They’re truly champions, and we’re glad to honor the class of 2024!”
