FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Sept. 26, 2016) – During the spring and summer of 2016, locally owned and community-oriented Gulley Greenhouse & Garden Center in Fort Collins conducted an ongoing fundraiser that generated $1,000 for Pathways, a local nonprofit organization. These funds will be used to support Pathways’ mission of serving the northern Colorado community with expert and compassionate hospice care, palliative care and grief and loss support.

“Pathways does incredible work to bring comfort to individuals and families in our community,” said Jan Gulley, Owner of Gulley Greenhouse & Garden Center. “It is our pleasure to support them so that they may continue touching hearts and honoring every moment of life.”

To raise the funds for Pathways, Gulley Greenhouse set aside $1 from every succulent bowl sold until they had collected $1,000 total. The Gulley Greenhouse team bestowed the gift to Pathways at a check presentation in mid-September.

“It is because of the generosity of individuals and businesses like Gulley Greenhouse that Pathways is able to serve patients in Larimer and Weld Counties,” said Evan Hyatt, President of Pathways. “We are tremendously grateful for Gulley’s donation and dedication to the northern Colorado community.”

Gulley Greenhouse supports the community through a variety of philanthropic efforts, including a Gift Card Fundraising Program and a Food Stand Fundraising Program to help community youth organizations raise money, as well as many other charity efforts throughout the year.
