Affordable Homeownership Program
Elevation Community Land Trust serves low- and moderate-income families who may otherwise struggle to find affordable housing options, with homes averaging 40% less than market-rate homes. ECLT has over 600 homes across the state and is growing rapidly. This program helps eligible individuals and families purchase homes with long-term affordability. ECLT retains ownership of the land, while families own the homes built on it. This shared equity model ensures that homes remain affordable for future generations.
Highlighting Northern Colorado: BirdWhistle Townhomes
One of ECLT’s standout projects is the BirdWhistle townhomes in southeast Fort Collins. This development features 40 brand-new units, predominantly three-bedroom townhomes, designed to meet the needs of growing families. The BirdWhistle townhomes are a testament to ECLT’s commitment to creating high-quality, affordable housing options in high-opportunity, amenity-rich neighborhoods.
