Guest Author Series: 2024 Intersections Report

Jan 30, 2024 | Uncategorized

Hello and Happy New Year to those I haven’t seen in a few weeks. I am grateful to Ann, Yvonne, and the whole Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce team, for inviting me to be the Chamber’s guest blogger this week.

As you may know, the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado (NoCo Foundation) serves the entire region through ideas, impact, and solutions. We see ourselves as Northern Colorado’s kitchen table, a welcoming partner that brings people together for important community conversations. Community is our Business.

Have you noticed that Northern Colorado is growing at a rapid pace? Are you curious about the common challenges we face as a region?

We are excited to launch a new report and initiative to spark community dialogue about some of our region’s most pressing challenges – Northern Colorado Intersections: Pursuing Regional Well-Being.

Representing a year’s worth of research, discussions and engagement, this inaugural report is a true community project. In the report, you’ll find a wide range of key data coupled with personal testimonials that identify what our region is doing well and where we are feeling the pressures of growth most acutely.

You’re invited to pick up a copy of the report and hear regional leaders reflect on the findings during an exclusive preview of the report Tuesday, February 6, 8:00 – 10:00 a.m., at the Embassy Suites in Loveland.

We are honored to welcome a panel of regional mayors and a panel of sector leaders discussing their take on the challenges and opportunities we face every day in our special region.

Your registration of $25 includes breakfast, parking, and a copy of the Northern Colorado Intersections Report. Please RSVP by Jan. 30 for your spot.

We encourage you to help us amplify the reach of Northern Colorado Intersections by sharing it with anyone who is interested in better understanding where our region is today with population growth, innovation and collaboration, and the many intersections we face as a community.

At the NoCo Foundation, we believe the power of regional collaboration and community engagement are essential ingredients to building and implementing a collective strategy that will create well-being for all. We hope you’ll join us in making a difference. Want to get involved right away? Share your intersection experience or request a presentation by our engagement team at nocointersections.org.
