Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® (FCBR) recently celebrated its 100th anniversary at the installation of its newly elected board and annual awards program held on September 15, 2022, at the Fort Collins Senior Center.
Originally chartered as Fort Collins Real Estate Exchange on October 13, 2022, with a total of 17 members, the association has grown to over 1300.
To help mark this milestone event, the City of Fort Collins proclaimed October 1922 as Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® 100th Anniversary. With nearly 200 members in attendance, the proclamation was presented to FCBR by the City of Fort Collins Councilmember Shirley Peel.
As the voice for real estate in Fort Collins, the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® is committed to protecting property rights, supporting affordable housing initiatives, and working cooperatively with local leaders to advance the industry and support the communities and people they serve.
