We Hike to Heal

#wehiketoheal is an annual international outdoor women’s empowerment movement that takes place during the month of March. The mission is to encourage women all over the world to tap into the healing and empowering influences within ourselves and the Great Outdoors.

Each week in the month of March, participants will receive Weekly Mindfulness Resources that cover the areas of Mind, Body, Relationships, and Community. The month will end with a hike along Reservoir Ridge consisting of conscious conversation, journaling, and meditation.

The trail is a 2.8 mile loop with 505 feet of elevation gain. In order to be considerate about parking availability, we will meet at Sun Breath Yoga and carpool from there at 2 pm.
