Twelfth Month

December is the twelfth month! And this year, Dance Express shares the gift of 12 dances for our December production, TWELFTH MONTH, December 3rd & 4th at Lincoln Center Magnolia Theatre, 417 West Magnolia Street, Fort Collins, CO. Friday evening performance is 7:00 and Saturday matinee is 1:30 and evening 7:00. AND to accommodate these virtual times and for audiences outside of Fort Collins, there will betwo live-stream webcasts on December 17
th th and 18 .
Performers from FOCO FLAVA, an area HIP HOP Dance Collective celebrating peace, love, unity, and having fun in Fort Collins, join us for an inclusive, eclectic mix of dance styles and music. And super engaging, TAILFEATHER DANCERS UK perform virtually from Surrey, England during the production. TWELFTH MONTH promises a seasonal gift for you to put on your “enjoy” list this year.
Choreography for TWELFTH MONTH is a potpourri blend of creations by Mary Elizabeth Lenahan, the Dance Express company members, and volunteers, Ernan Torrez and the FOCO FLAVA crew, and Imogen Butler and the TAILFEATHER UK dancers. Based in Fort Collins since 1989, Dance Express is an inclusive 501(c)(3) modern dance company for persons with and without disabilities improving lives through dance.
