For more than three decades, Christen Black has built her life around horses. She began riding at age nine, then spent ten years as a wrangler on dude ranches across Colorado, Wyoming, and Arizona.
Today she teaches equine-assisted therapy at Hearts and Horses and has returned to her roots as a wrangler at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch.
