Diana Rogers Jaeger, APR, M.Ed. helps organizations unleash the full potential of their people to achieve high levels of performance through her work as a professional speaker, a talent optimization consultant, and an executive coach. As founder of Love To Appreciate Consulting, Diana provides long-term people solutions that drive better business outcomes in the new world of work. She is best known for delivering high-retention leadership programs, helping organizations build a culture of appreciation, and teaching audiences how to create the type of internal confidence that is long-lasting. Diana has a Master’s degree in Adult & Continuing Education and is a member of the National Speakers Association. She is a graduate of Leadership Fort Collins and Leadership Oklahoma City. Each seasonal cohort of the series includes presentations from experts in the field on timely topics. The Talent Series aims to provide more in-depth presentations, hands-on learning, and opportunities to continue and support employers in attracting and retaining the talent they need.
