Presenter Bio:
Chalice Springfield with Unstoppable Curiosity Coaching & Training is known as the Champion of Growth Mindset for teams who are ready to rise. Her robust set of tools did not come easily, but after becoming CEO of a struggling real estate company just before the housing crisis of 2008, and then leading them through the maze of ever-changing policies during the pandemic, Chalice realized her strategies were not optional, but necessary during times of transition. She began sharing her insights with other local organizations, and has received multiple awards for Business Success, Distinguished Service, and Women’s Leadership.

Chalice knows that bottom-line growth is only sustainable with an engaged workforce, empowered to do their best, aligned with their long-term goals and values. Her trainings always include relational skill-building, along with evidence-backed tools for measurable success. Chalice’s proudest moments are seeing her clients’ old (expensive) problems disappear and be replaced with a thriving culture of connection and satisfaction.
