Tuesday Talent

The way businesses provide health benefits is changing, and many employers don’t realize they now have options beyond the traditional group health plan.

Join Valeria Ortiz Mousavizadeh and Nima Mousavizadeh for an educational look at one of the fastest-growing approaches to employer-sponsored healthcare: Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA).

We’ll break down how businesses can give employees greater choice over their health coverage while gaining more predictability and control over benefit costs.

A Different Approach to Employee Health Benefits

We’ll explore how this model differs from traditional group insurance, where it works well, where it doesn’t, and what employers should consider before making a change.

We’ll also discuss how modern benefit strategies can impact employee recruitment, retention, and satisfaction.
