This session will take a deeper dive into how embracing the cultural shift that is DEI and how it can have a positive impact on businesses. The session will explore strategies and tactics related to recruiting and retention and communication and how it applies to the workforce. In addition to the 2022 Virtual Talent Summit, the Chamber launched the 2022 Talent Series, to compliment the Summit.
