There’s no better time than now to reevaluate your organization’s efforts and incorporate family-friendly workplace best practices. Workforce shortages across industries have made it more important to create a company culture and flexibility that appeal to employees. Additionally, approximately 60% of Larimer County children whose parents are working don’t have access to licensed early childhood education programs. Employees are better able to attend work and be productive at their jobs when they know their kids are in a safe environment during the workday, when they have flexibility, and when they feel valued.

Learn tangible ways to make your workplace family friendly in this 90-minute session hosted by Early Childhood Council of Larimer County, Executives Partnering to Invest in Children (EPIC), and the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, and made possible thanks to support from the Bohemian Foundation. From flex time to benefits, and from culture shifts to tapping into federal tax supports, small changes can make a huge difference.
