STUDIO CONCERT ’23: Stars of Dance Express

Plan a wonderful way to swing into spring! Attend the once-a-year concert of original choreography by Dance Express company members, volunteers, and Artistic Director Lenahan. STUDIO CONCERT 2023: Stars of Dance Express! premieres Sunday, May 28 at 3:00 on the Prairie Sage Stage of the Fort Collins Senior Center, 1200 Raintree Drive. Doors open at 2:30.
Performing solos is a joy each dancer loves as we create, share, and perform in the limelight. Thank you to guest artist, Ethan Anderson for sharing his original music “The Path We Follow”; to Rita Corey, Eden Irrgang, Beth Little, and Kat Lawrie for diverse choreography for this concert and this inclusive dance company. Bring your smile to the show; you’ll be sure to use it.

Serving the Fort Collins region and northern Colorado beginning with the first Studio Concert and summer performance at New West Fest, 1989, Dance Express garners kudos with the tradition of sharing joy and love of dance. Inspired by Theresa Lenahan, sister of Dance Express Artistic Director Mary Elizabeth Lenahan, MS, OT, Dance Express looks to continually expand the company. Invite interested dancers with Down syndrome and other diverse abilities to check us out in 2023/24.
