La Piadina started as a food truck in 2013 before opening its brick-and-mortar location at The Exchange in 2019, serving authentic Italian piadina sandwiches inspired by the street food traditions of Italy’s Romagna region. Founder Menyhert “Menyus” Borocz combined his Hungarian roots, Italian upbringing, and passion for traditional Italian cooking to bring a unique Italian-American food experience to the Fort Collins.
