Red Carpet Reception: Adventure West Council

Join us as we welcome the Bighorn District of Scouting America’s Adventure West Council with a Red Carpet Reception celebrating its commitment to developing the next generation of leaders through adventure, service and community.
The Bighorn District supports Scouting programs for youth throughout Fort Collins and surrounding Northern Colorado communities. From Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA to Venturing, these programs give youth opportunities to explore new interests, build skills and confidence, develop leadership abilities and make meaningful connections along the way.
Behind those experiences is a network of local leaders and volunteers working to strengthen Scouting units and provide engaging programs for the youth. The Bighorn District hosts and co-hosts activities throughout the year, including Merit Badge University, winter and fall camping events, Scouting for Food, Pinewood Derby and other opportunities that bring Scouts, families and communities together.
