Join the Colorado Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative for an interactive training focused on supporting employees affected by substance use disorder and creating healthier workplace environments. Participants will learn practical strategies to reduce stigma, understand recovery as a process of change, and foster a workplace culture that supports employee well-being.

The training will also provide tools and resources to help employers connect employees with support services and build a more recovery-friendly workplace.
