Pathways Greeley Grand Opening

Pathways, a community-based nonprofit since 1978, is committed to serving Weld County with expert hospice care, palliative care and grief and loss support to guide patients and families through life’s most difficult moments. Help us celebrate opening the doors of our Greeley location as we continue to reach more community members in Weld County.
Ribbon cutting with the Greeley Chamber of Commerce is at 5:30 p.m.
All community members are invited to enjoy light refreshments and learn more about Pathways’ mission and services. Throughout the day, representatives from Pathways’ several divisions will be onsite to answer any questions about the organization. The schedule is as follows:
• Provider Relations: 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Grief & Loss: 1:30-2:30 p.m.
• Development: 2:30-6:30 p.m.
• Palliative Care: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
• Volunteer: 3:30-5:30 p.m.
