This interactive tactics-packed presentation will provide the audience with specific tools of how to handle objections, negativity, and bad behavior from customers, co-workers, employees, bosses, and business partners. Renee’s approach is to break issues down into smaller chunks so that the audience will have specific tools to use in the workplace. Attendees will learn:

–How not to argue or agree with negativity; but get the results you want

–How to use your body language and specific words generating positive action

–How to be persuasive without being obnoxious or manipulative

–How to work with colleagues and employees so that your needs are met

–How to use the phone and email for influence

–How to use the “slinky-method” of dealing with objections so that customer’s come to their own conclusion

Cost is $15/person and includes lunch and seminar materials. Lunch and networking activities will begin at 11:30 a.m. in the Fort Collins Area Chamber Board Room, 225 S.
