Try something fun and different by practicing yoga on a paddleboard. No experience needed. This all levels class starts with the most stable postures and adds on optional layers of difficulty to give you the right mix of challenge and success. Have fun, move, improve balance, and gain a greater awareness of your body as you connect to the muscles used in stabilization.
All equipment is provided. If you bring your own board, you get a discount for the class.
