Hometown Family Health’s Grand Opening/Open House

Join us for the grand opening of Hometown Family Health on Monday, September 20th. We will have the doors open from 11 am- 7 pm so you can come and go whenever it fits within your schedule. We have been working hard to decorate our new office space and are excited to show it off. I am sure that you will find it is not your typical cold doctor’s office.
Not only will this be a time to see the space but also a time to ask any questions you may have about us, how we are different, and how we can help you and your family meet your health goals. We will be waiving the $50 per person enrollment fee for anyone who enrolls during the day. We will even have a special, personalized Hometown Family Health treat.
