Connecting Northern Colorado Students with Career Opportunities
This hiring fair is designed for high school seniors in the Northern Colorado region who plan to remain in the Fort Collins, Loveland, and surrounding NoCo area and are actively seeking entry-level positions.
Businesses looking to hire graduating seniors (18+) into entry-level, career-related roles are encouraged to register and attend. This event is open to all high school seniors across Northern Colorado.

Come prepared to make a strong first impression and take advantage of valuable career-building opportunities.

- Bring copies of your resume
- Be ready for on-the-spot interviews
Limited professional clothing will be available to borrow for those who need it, along with the opportunity to receive a free professional headshot.
Students should connect with their school’s Work-Based Learning coordinator to register and arrange permission, excused attendance, and transportation.

Meet motivated graduating seniors ready to enter the workforce. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with local talent and fill entry-level positions within your organization.
Participating businesses will have time to set up and connect with students throughout the event.
🕒 Event Schedule
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Employer arrival & setup (coffee and light breakfast provided)
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Senior Hiring Fair (students will attend on a rolling basis)
