The Land Down Under will take center stage from 6-8 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, during Global Adventures at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures. The monthly meetings are designed for those who love to travel, want to recount their travel experiences, delight in sharing stories of travel, or dream of traveling one day. Sailing Around Australia will be presented by Klaus Lorenz, Professor Emeritus with CSU’s Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition. Dr. Lorenz, a global traveler to 104 countries across all continents, will recount his excursions to explore the country, meet the people, and view the wildlife. Tickets are $10/person, and registration is required at globalvillagemuseum.org. All are welcome, and wine and refreshments will be served.
