mercury-containing items, such as thermostats, thermometers and button-shaped batteries

pharmaceuticals
bio-waste (needles, bandages)
commercial and industrial waste
Can’t make it? Recycle year-round at the City’s Timberline Recycling Center (TRC) and Larimer County Landfill. To make it even easier, Fort Collins residents can bring antifreeze, batteries, motor oil and paint to the TRC, 1903 S. Timberline Rd., free of charge.
