Exit Planning Info Session – Build Value & Strategically Plan for Your Transition

During this live session, we will talk about the importance of exit planning and increase awareness about your assets. We’ll create an open forum of Q&A, with interactive conversation among participants and our facilitator, Executive Director Hope Hartman.

Each business should integrate an exit plan into their business plan or annual strategic planning. It’s an ongoing business strategy, because an “exit-ready” business is attractive and transferable. Waiting on the market or when you’re “burned out” rarely produces a successful sale. You don’t know when a life-altering event , otherwise known as the “5 D’s” or an unsolicited offer could arrive, and you want your business to be ready to maximize the valuation and sales price!

We’ll discuss what the selling process entails overall, but focus on what to do now to build value into your business whether you sell in one year or in ten years.
