Professionals (YPs) face a unique challenge in today’s workforce. How do we ensure that others take us seriously? How can we move forward with our careers in a meaningful way? Kelsey and Elizabeth will spend this session sharing tried-and-true tips for how to navigate the complicated world of your first (or second, or 20th!) job and how to elevate yourself professionally. Come prepared to learn, laugh, and network with other YPs!
Goals:
-Identify ways that YPs can propel themselves professionally.
-Craft strategies for dealing with ‘imposter syndrome.’
-Have each participant leave with enhanced confidence to navigate their workplace.
Registration is $15, includes lunch.
