Envision Young Professionals: Meet the CEOFeaturing Nick Haws, President of Northern Engineering

Starting with Northern Engineering in 1999 as a Project Manager, Nick Haws has watched Northern Colorado grow exponentially. After multiple promotions, Nick was named President and Owner of Northern Engineering in April of 2017. He is both LEED Accredited and a Professional Engineer, with a Bachelor’s from CSU in Civil Engineering. Nick serves on the Fort Collins Chamber Board and on the board of the Cache La Poudre River National Heritage Alliance. Nick is a Colorado native, a past recipient of the BizWest 40 Under Forty Award, and an avid fly fisherman!
Northern has engineered a diverse range of projects including large master planned and mixed use communities, single and multi-family residential developments, commercial and retail shopping centers, office parks, industrial areas, schools, institutional centers, and golf course and resort communities.
