Ryan Schaefer was a co-founder of Chrisland Real Estate Companies in November 2003,was named Chief Executive Officer in February 2015, and has served as the President since January 2011. Ryan has over seen Chrisland Companies’ commercial real estate development, investment, and brokerage activities at 2534, a 542 acre master-planned community in Johnstown, CO, as well as other Chrisland investments in northern Colorado. Ryan also leads day to day operations for the Chrisland family of companies and serves as a commercial real estate broker to a select clientele.
Ryan is an experienced commercial real estate broker, having brokered hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of transactions including residential and commercial land, corporate and headquarters facilities, medical facilities, office, anchor retailer transactions, restaurants, industrial facilities, joint ventures, investment sales, ground leases, and build-to-suits.
