A Strategic Advantage started as a career coaching firm, working with leaders who struggle to define their career path, find their place in the market, and communicate their value. This work with leaders expanded to providing customized coaching/training that develops leaders across global organizations, improving competencies in building relationships, growing talent, and engaging teams.

Join us on February 27 and meet the brains behind A Strategic Advantage, Marie Zimenoff.  Prior to launching A Strategic Advantage, Marie developed student leaders, recruited, and advised within higher ed; worked in a call center; sold insurance; and co-managed a community pool.  These experiences taught her the pain of my talents being squandered, the anxiety of hunting for passion, and the spark that working with purpose can bring.  Marie’s long search ended when she found the Counseling and Career Development program at Colorado State where she earned her masters degree before launching A Strategic Advantage.

Marie has worked with thousands of job seekers, coached within global companies and led state/national career industry professional associations while providing training, mentoring, consulting and developing customized curriculum for workforce centers, nonprofits, and universities nationwide.
