Beginning in 2007, the City has actively enforced an occupancy ordinance originally adopted in the 1960s.  Known as “U plus 2”, the rule intends to preserve neighborhood character while improving quality of life, health, and safety conditions for both residents and neighbors.

Has this helped to create a more liveable city, or exacerbate our housing crisis?

5:05 p.m. – Small group conversations with conversation starters offered by the Chamber

About CIVIC Conversations
