The City of Fort Collins Community Capital Improvement Program (CCIP) tax will expire on December 31, 2025.
City staff are working to create a package to offer voters a ballot issue in November 2025 for renewal of tax that would run from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2035. The City’s capital tax renewals, dating back to 1973, have historically funded transportation projects, active modes infrastructure, new parks & recreation facilities, and various other community amenities that make Fort Collins one of the choice destinations to live, work, play, and retire. City staff have been presenting an early project list and are obtaining feedback on the types of projects the public would like to see funded with the next cycle of the sales tax. Let’s talk about that list!
We look forward to having you join us at the CIVIC Conversation on Monday, March 24, at Horse & Dragon Brewing Company and having you share your perspective while considering those of fellow residents.
CIVIC Conversations is sponsored by Elevations Credit Union and hosted by the Fort Collins Area Chamber.
