Don’t miss your chance to try a “taster flight” of local performing arts groups on April 18 from 5-7 pm.  Canyon Concert Ballet, Opera Fort Collins, Lincoln Center, Open Stage Theater, Bas Bleu Theatre, Larimer Chorale, Fort Collins Symphony and CSU University Center for the Arts treat you to a memorable evening at a Mad Hatter Tea in honor of the Ballet’s opening weekend of Alice in Wonderland with beer from Zwei Brewing, tea from Happy Lucky’s Teahouse and tasty Hors d’oeuvres.

Giveaways Include: Tickets from each of the seven local performing art groups.

In addition to a smashing fun evening, support an important sector of our local economy.  According to recent data from the National Endowment from the Arts and Colorado Creative Industries, the creative sector in Colorado employs 139,096 workers, the fifth largest employment sector in the state.  Combined, the for-profit and nonprofit creative sectors earned more than 7.2 Billion Dollars in Colorado.  Colorado ranks #1 in the nation in the percentage of adults who perform or create art. Colorado also ranks #1 in the nation in visits to theaters, museums, and other cultural facilities per capita.

Admission is $13/members and $30/non-member if registration and payment are received by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 17.  Cost is $20/member and $30/non-member at the door. All Chamber members and their guests are invited to attend.
