Attire for this event is business casual, or wear your CSU gear! Wear your CSU gear and be part of the “team” photo.

Parking

Parking lots that are closest to the stadium and FREE of charge after 4 p.m. include #240, #412, #425, #475.  Please check the signs posted in each lot for enforcement times, some campus parking lots have extended enforcement hours (the parking garages are enforced 24 hours, please do not park in the garages unless you have a permit or plan to pay).  We highly encourage you to visit the Colorado State University Parking website and map at: http://ptsdata.colostate.edu/maps/mapside.pdf to reference the recommended parking lots; #240, #412, #425, #475.

Check-in

Upon your arrival to Colorado State University, please proceed to check-in, located at the north entrance of the stadium (along Pitkin Street).  You will then proceed to the New Belgium Porch inside the stadium for the festivities.

Event Information

Fanfare food, beer, wine, and Coca-Cola products will be served at the event and are included in your registration cost.

Stock up on your CSU gear and check out new merchandise at the Ram Zone located on the northwest corner (ground level) of the stadium.  Ram Zone will be open during the duration of the event.

*NOTE: there will be no organized tours of the stadium and access will be limited during the Business After Hours event.  If you are interested in joining a public tour of the new stadium and the Iris & Michael Smith Alumni Center, you will have the opportunity to sign up at the CSU Alumni Association table located on the New Belgium Porch during the event or by visiting https://advancing.colostate.edu/STADIUMTOUR . 

Program

A short program will begin at 6:30 p.m. featuring CSU Athletic Director Joe Parker, Head Football Coach Mike Bobo, Head Volleyball Coach Tom Hilbert, and Executive Director of the CSU Alumni Association Kristi Bohlender.  Must be present to win and collect exclusive CSU giveaways during the program.
