Before becoming one of Colorado’s Top Workplaces, Greystone Technology made the choice to go against common thought and build a people-focused company in the IT services industry.  The plan seemed simple, but we never imagined how much we would learn along our journey.  The naysayers were right that it wouldn’t be easy, but this decision has influenced our success more than anything else we’ve done. Now we’re sharing our story and the processes we created to facilitate authentic communication through all levels of the company.
