About the Speakers

Michael Salerno

Vice President, Global Banking & Institutional Payments, FNBO

Michael Salerno is the Head of Global Banking at FNBO, a $35 billion privately owned bank operating more than 100 locations across nine states. His work includes international payments, foreign exchange management and trade finance solutions for corporate and correspondent banking customers.

Michael has more than 20 years of international banking experience and serves on multiple advisory boards and speaking panels. He also serves as treasurer of the Nebraska District Export Council and the National Association of District Export Councils. Michael is known for helping organizations simplify the complexities of doing business internationally.

Priya Kumar

CEO, Sustainable, Inc.

Priya Kumar is the CEO of Sustainable, Inc., an execution-focused supply chain consulting firm that helps organizations deliver measurable results across procurement, logistics and sales and operations planning.

With more than 18 years of experience, Priya has led transformation efforts across strategic sourcing, category management, supplier management, demand planning and end-to-end supply chain operations in industries including consumer products, retail, industrial manufacturing, chemicals and biotech.

Priya is also a professor in the Supply Chain department at The University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business, the McCombs Alumni Chapter leader and a Board Member of ASCM. She is known for bringing a practical, execution-focused perspective to complex supply chain challenges.

Most recently, Priya created and launched elevAIt Procurement, an AI sourcing and procurement tool designed to help teams build sourcing capacity, accelerate execution and strengthen category intelligence.
