Join Banner Health at our annual community meeting to discuss the health needs of Northern Colorado communities.
This will cover the community health activities of Banner Health’s three Northern Colorado Facilities: Banner Fort Collins Medical Center, Northern Colorado Medical Center, and McKee Medical Center.
The meeting will include the Hospital Community Benefit Accountability Program (HCBAP) as well as the Hospital Transformation Plan (HTP) for each respective facility.
We will start the day with instructional Tai Chi lead by a Banner Health Wellness Professional.
Tasty refreshments will be provided.
