Author Visit with Box Brown

Cartoonist, illustrator, and comic publisher Box Brown will be speaking about his newest book “Cannabis: The Illegalization of Weed in America.”
Covering everything from Cortés introducing hemp farming as part of his violent colonial campaign to “reefer madness,” Brown’s graphic history book delves deep into marijuana’s troubling history and offers a rich, entertaining, and thoroughly researched graphic essay on the legacy of cannabis legislation in America.
