Aspirations, Rage, and Ukraine: Putin through the Lens of a Scholar will be presented from 6-7:30 Thursday, Nov. 2, at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures. Milt Garrett, an international quality consultant for over 22 years across Russia’s 11 time zones, will explore the multiple reasons Putin has invaded his sovereign neighbor. Dr. Garrett, Professor Emeritus from the University of New Mexico, has taught at five Russian universities.
