Adapting Through Change – Spring Sessions
April 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

You’re invited to Adapting Through Change, Spring Sessions, a one-hour presentation offering timely insight into the trends shaping Northern Colorado.
Facilitated by the Fort Collins Area Chamber, this session brings together leaders from five of Larimer County’s largest employers: the City of Fort Collins, Colorado State University, Larimer County, Poudre School District, and UCHealth.
Together, they’ll share:
· Key trends they’re monitoring
· How changing conditions are influencing decisions
· What they’re learning as they adapt
The presentation will conclude with time for audience questions.
Each session offers a high-level look at the forces shaping organizational planning and operations – from demographic shifts and evolving revenue patterns to state budget considerations and the complexities of the federal landscape.
This series is designed to build shared awareness and understanding by hearing directly from leaders navigating change in real time. Content is regularly updated, so each session is slightly different, but attending just one will provide a strong foundation.
Presentations are open to the public, but we kindly ask for RSVP’s to help with space limitations.
