United Way of Larimer County is excited to celebrate 60 years of history, impact and involvement in Larimer County.
For more than 130 years, United Way has proudly evolved to support and make the greatest impact in communities. We pair need with resources to tackle challenging problems in sustainable ways. Here in Larimer County, United Way has prioritized collaboration and engagement to create solutions by bringing businesses, individuals and organizations together to strengthen the community.
On Wednesday, January 16, we will celebrate the people, organizations and businesses that have been key to our communities’ many successes through our annual State of the Community event. The event will be held at the Lory Student Center Ballroom on the Colorado State University campus and will be a cocktail party format with a short program highlighting the history and future of United Way as well as recognizing the people and organizations that have impacted the community over the last 60 years.
Proceeds from the 60th anniversary event will fund additional grants to community agencies throughout Larimer County. For each $10,000 in net proceeds raised, United Way of Larimer County will award an Innovation Grant.
