The partnership of AD Works!, Pueblo, Adams, Denver, Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, Larimer, and Weld Counties in Colorado and Laramie and Cheyenne Workforce Centers in southeastern Wyoming, will be holding the next Wyoming and Colorado Regional Job Fair on April 16, 2025.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO COST TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT. We will be advertising this event to job seekers throughout the States of Colorado and Wyoming.

This will be a hybrid event, which means that there will be a virtual and 5 in-person job fairs going on the same day.

Here are the details of each side of the event:

Wyoming and Colorado Regional Job Fair is a large event designed for residents of Colorado and Wyoming.  It will be held on April 16th.  In observance of veterans/spouses’ Priority of Service, the event will start at 12:00PM for Veterans, Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, and their spouses.  The general public will be admitted at 12:30PM.  The event will conclude promptly at 4:00PM.

Premier Virtual Registration

This is the most flexible option and will have the most attendance. We will use the Premier Virtual job fair platform, which will allow you to host your own private virtual booth, along with other employers, all in one virtual location from your home or office. Please note that you will have two ways to engage with job seekers at the event. The primary method will be text chat, and you will be able to chat with multiple job seekers at once. If you want to take a conversation to the next level, you can send a job seeker an invitation to open a video chat. Note that each recruiter can only video chat with one job seeker at a time (unless you set up a conference call).

There is a training video on the registration page (at the bottom) that walks you through the very short registration process. A Pro Tip: Setting up the main POC for the event at your company as the ADMIN will allow that person to log back in and make changes to the booth whenever they like.

At the end of the 8 step registration process, you must pick sector(s)/industries you want to belong to at the event. Job seekers at the event will find your on-line “booth” based on your choice(s) so please pick carefully. Your choices are:

– Manufacturing

– Government

– Public Services

– Education

– Financial and Insurance

– Healthcare

– Retail and Sales

– Transportation

– Warehousing

– Information Technology

– Defense

Your choice(s) of industry or sector should reflect the jobs your company/organization will have available at the time of the job fair. Make sure you hit SUBMIT at the end of that process or else the registration will not be saved.

As the event date gets closer, we will ask you to highlight your top 3 to 5 jobs by entering them into the platform, as well as including links to your Career Site(s). We will also hold a Dry Run/Employer Training about a week before the event hosted and run by the Premier Virtual training staff.

REMINDER, YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN AS MANY LOCATIONS/VIRTUAL AS YOU LIKE.

In honor of Priority of Service, the first 1/2 hour of each of the above events will be set aside for Veterans, Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, and their families.
