Living in a post-pandemic world with a new presidential administration in place has introduced new considerations for employers who seek to comply with state and federal employment laws, particularly in areas involving reasonable accommodations and employee leave. In this session, Jody Duvall, Attorney with Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, L.L.P., will go over recent developments in litigation and enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act and associated laws, discuss potential risks to employers, and provide practical compliance guidance for employers and practitioners.

Jody collaborates with employers of all sizes from a variety of industries to resolve employment and labor issues.  His labor and employment practice involves advising employers on a wide range of issues, including hiring, discipline, termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, among others.  Jody also advises employers on protecting trade secrets and responding to unfair competition and has experience dealing with union-represented workforces
