The Dance Express 7th annual regional inclusive dance convening is FRIDAY & SATURDAY, October 13th & 14th!
Explore inclusive dance and self-expression!
Dance Beyond the Limits celebrates diverse dance experiences in our culture. The two-day event is for persons of all ages, abilities, with or without dance experience. Join us for inclusive master dance classes with Ixchel Levendosky of Front Range Classical Ballet Academy; Yvonne Hanning, Tai Chi practitioner and Director of Willow Tree Studios; Paulette Dolin, western region Feldenkrais practitioner; Kat Lawrie and Eden Irrgang from Colorado State University; Nadia Duncan from Impulse Dance & Fitness; Godwin Abotsi, premier master dancer in traditional Ghanaian dance and music; and Carissa Baros, of Northern Colorado Dance Fusion LLC in Greeley.
Artistic & Executive Director of Dance Express, Mary Elizabeth Lenahan invites the public to experience this event as well as engage in on-line discussions on inclusion in the arts and in our communities. We hold the intention to make dance work for YOU!
Modeled on regional convenings hosted by AXIS in 2016 throughout the United States, Dance Beyond the Limits celebrates dance and artistic contributions we all make. Thank you for generous support from Fort Fund, Colorado Creative Industries, NoCo Hot Spots, and other community donors and sponsors.
