Jocelyn Gentry, a familiar face in the local business community, has officially wrapped up her first year with the Crisafulli Group—a Northern Colorado real estate team known for its client-centered, innovative approach.

Jocelyn first joined the Chamber in 2022 as the owner and operator of Tap Truck Fort Collins, a mobile events bar she successfully ran for three years. Her experience in event management, customer service, and entrepreneurship made for a natural transition into real estate, where she continues to thrive.

What attracted Jocelyn to the Crisafulli Group was their genuine care for clients and their unique flat-fee listing model. The team’s $10,000 flat-fee service supports both buyers and sellers, reflecting their belief that “you shouldn’t have to sacrifice clarity, confidence, or your equity in the selling process.” Additionally, they specialize in helping clients purchase homes with assumable mortgages (mortgages sometimes as low as 3%), that come with immense savings over the life of the loan.

To celebrate her first year, the team sat down with Jocelyn for an interview about her journey. She shared insights on topics like, “What’s something that totally surprised you about this business?” and “Was there a moment early on when you thought, ‘Whoa, this is harder than I expected?’”

Part one of the interview was featured in last week’s newsletter and across social media. You can find the interview and more over at the Crisafulli Group website:
