- We aim to process submissions within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee that all submitted events will be reviewed or posted by a specific date.

5. Cancellation and Changes
- The Chamber cannot be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to inaccurate or outdated event information.

6. Rights and Permissions
- By submitting an event, you affirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publicize the event and use any associated images or content.
- You grant the Chamber the right to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display the submitted content for promotional purposes related to the event and the Chamber's activities.

7. Indemnification
- Submitters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the content or conduct of their event.
