Over the past month our USA Today network has been tirelessly working to keep the nation and our local community informed during this COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve experienced record numbers in consumer engagement, increased subscriptions and many community thanks for the work our team has done as they’ve recognized and appreciated the valuable information we’ve delivered.
More than 173M people across the country have turned to us and now, as we start to re-open businesses, they’re continuing to engage with us to help navigate the transition back to a new ‘normal’. As we continue to lead our local communities through this pandemic, we’re launching a national initiative on Sunday, May 31st titled ‘Rebuilding America’ in which we’ll deliver national and local information in both USA Today and our entire 260 papers across 46 states to help the nation understand the economic impact as a whole and what that means within their local communities as businesses start to reopen. With more than 60% of the entire U.S. population engaging with us simultaneously we’re going to provide confidence to businesses and the communities we serve that we’re ready to move forward.
Join the movement and be part of a powerful local-to-national conversation and event engaging hearts and minds across 260 communities.
- We are asking local organizations like yours to join us as a community champion and help spread the word about the Rebuilding America project launching May 31, 2020.
- The ask is simple. Amplify our message within your ranks via member communications or other promotional channels.
- As we get closer to the May 31 event, we will provide you with promotion assets to use at your discretion; including a press release, emails, submission briefs and graphics.
